Running 3-14/3-19

Week 6 of running I have made lots of progress.  When I started 6 weeks ago it will be the first planned consistant running since I played sports in high school.  I started because I am 32, a personal trainer and looking for a more well rounded fitness routine.  Lifting weights and the elliptical is easy, however I find this the most challenging fitness change to my program to date.  I also have bare-foot shoes that I incorporated into my fitness at the start my new Cardio challenge......
